Nicole Hernández is a top-notch real estate broker that my husband and I recently hired to market a property in Condado, PR. It was a pleasure meeting her and working with her, from our initial meeting to closing the sale. She is passionate about what she does and it shows. Nicole is a breath of fresh air and a consummate professional who takes her craft seriously, listens to her clients, gives extremely valuable feedback, and is very responsive and punctual. I would like to recommend Nicole for four instances of very professional performance. First, Nicole found me a move-in ready apartment in a building that I had been trying to buy into for a long time. Others had told me “impossible”. Second, Nicole staged and sold my earlier apartment which others had said could not be done.

Third, Nicole has referred me to other agents where she, herself, could not be involved. Fourth, Nicole has given me valuable real estate advice even in deals done with other agents. Looking forward to future deals with Nicole.
